You can also train with me at The Gym, 684 Mansfield Road, Sherwood, NG5 2GE. The Gym is , 24 hour, modern, spacious and has state-of-the-art Matrix Gym equipment, including cardio vascular and resistance machines as well as a large range of free weights.
