Dr Stuart Sadler (CPsychol, PG Dip Clinical Neuropsychology) is fully registered as a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), and fully registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). He qualified from the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Newcastle University in 2007, following which he has continued practising and receiving further training in psychological therapies. His areas of specialty are with depression, anxiety and sleep disorders. He offers proven psychological therapies such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness based approaches to help collaboratively explore your difficulty and work with you to overcome your problems.
